Description
The market-leading space-saving SMART repair spray booth SMARTRE-FLEX XTN is designed to free up your workshop space and increase productivity by carrying out SMART Repairs outside in a controlled environment: It’s perfect for Dealerships, Car Supermarkets, PDI Centres, Vehicle Auctions, Vehicle Hire centres and others performing SMART repairs and paint sprays. Inside space in such business are at a premium, so siting this spray booth in an outside yard frees up space and often saves time and cost by having the booth located nearer the cars.
The fold-a-way booth is fitted with a paint-fume extraction fan that’s equipped with 2 powerful 0.55kW corner extraction units, built to withstand the external elements using our recognised robust modular system. Heavy-gauge PVC-coated fabric for all-weather protection. Roll-up front cover with air inlet filter and roll-out full groundsheet with durable rubber drive-on matting. This external-grade spray paint shop provides a fully enclosed booth to ensure a perfect finish and protected environment.
SMART repair and paintwork refinishing on cars or light commercials
The SMARTRE-FLEX comes in two sizes, the standard one is designed for car bodywork and the longer and higher booth is better for light commercial vehicles, at 880cm long by 340cm high. Both are 4m wide to provide access to all sides without moving the vehicle. Both sizes have all the same fantastic advantages of paint fume extraction, weather resistance, protection from outside contaminants, flexibility to retract when not needed, internal lighting and infrared drying lamps.
