A retractable spray booth gives you a compliant spray bay when you are spraying and gives the floor back when you are not. This range runs from SMART repair booths for cars and vans to modular booths built to any size, and enclosures that pair with mobile extraction.
Each booth retracts or folds away when spraying is finished. The SMARTRE-FLEX retracts from 6.83 metres to 1.88, freeing around 72% of the floor, and the SMARTRE-FLEX COMMERCIAL from 8.8 metres to 2.19, freeing around 75%. Each MASTRE-FLEX module retracts from 1950mm to 300mm, freeing around 85%.
The SMARTRE-FLEX booths come in standard sizes for cars and vans, with a built-in workstation and paint mixing bench. The MASTRE-FLEX and ROLARE-FLEX are built to any size, indoors or out. On its own, the ROLARE-FLEX is an enclosure for preparation, inspection and storage; paired with MOBE-X extraction it becomes a spray booth.
Crawfords, Revive and ChipsAway run SMARTRE-FLEX booths in their body shops and training centres. Fred Smith and Sons, Louth Commercials and Sunseeker use the MASTRE-FLEX for trucks, coaches and yachts.

The SMARTRE-FLEX booths are designed to, with spark proof extraction installed to HSG140 and a documented maintenance programme. The MASTRE-FLEX is engineered to comply with HSE legislation and to support LEV testing.
Yes. The MASTRE-FLEX and ROLARE-FLEX both come in internal and external designs, with materials specified for weather exposure.
All Masterflo retractable booths run on a single or three phase supply. The MOBE-X extraction on the ROLARE-FLEX + MOBE-X system runs on a 110V supply. On the SMARTRE-FLEX booths, the electrical supply and connections are not included in the price.
