Yes. Many of our booths are built to order around the part, the coating and the space available. Our bespoke booths cover sizes and layouts that a standard booth cannot.
Large. For Ferguson Marine we built an external retractable booth 20 metres long, 12 metres wide and 8 metres high for ship sections. For Louth Commercials we built a 19.5 metre booth for coaches and buses.
Yes, if you choose a retractable booth. The MASTRE-FLEX and SMARTRE-FLEX fold back against the plenum when you are not spraying. The 10.75 metre booth at Dennis Eagle retracts to 2.5 metres, which frees the floor for other jobs.
Yes. The SMART-X.T.N. is a self-contained external steel building for car repairs. For larger work, the external MASTRE-FLEX at Ferguson Marine runs on a heavy-duty roller channel and is built for the coastal weather on the Clyde.
They are designed to. Our booths are built and installed to HSE guidance HSG140, with extraction and filtration sized to the booth and the coatings you use.
