Mobile extraction brings a compliant spray environment to the work, in the workshop or on site. The range covers a unit that ducts its exhaust through a 20 metre hose, a plug-in unit that filters and returns the air, and a complete booth that pairs an enclosure with extraction.
The MOBE-X travels in a standard van and turns any enclosed area into a compliant spray environment. A 0.75kW fan on a 110V supply gives 0.7m/s air flow at the hood, with two stage filtration at 99% efficiency and a 20 metre hose to a safe discharge point.
The SMART-EX needs no ducting. Six stage filtration at 99% efficiency returns filtered air to the workspace, and the unit plugs into a 240V supply and fits in a light commercial vehicle. Where the site has no suitable enclosed area, the ROLARE-FLEX + MOBE-X system adds a retractable enclosure built to any size.
The SMART-EX filters and returns air to the workspace through six stage filtration at 99% efficiency, so it needs no ducting and suits smaller jobs. The MOBE-X ducts its exhaust out through a 20 metre hose and suits larger spraying tasks in enclosed areas.
The MOBE-X runs on a 110V site supply. The SMART-EX plugs into a 240V supply.
