Louth Commercials have a large coachwork facility in Dublin carrying out mechanical and body-panel repairs to coaches and buses. Their requirement was for a better paint-shop set up that matched their growing needs.

Louth Commercials invited Masterflo to visit their workshop to do a feasibility study on a new spray booth large enough to fit the largest vehicles they paint.

Due to the flexibility of the MASTRE-FLEX it was soon decided this was the best solution. This large retractable spraybooth could be installed at the end of one of the workshop bays and pushed back out of the way when not in use, maximising the productivity of the workshop.

The bespoke-sized Retractable Spray Booth we manufactured and installed for them is 5.5mtr wide, 5mtr high & 19.5mtr long. New, energy-efficient LED lighting was fitted just above the booth to provide excellent lighting for panel inspection and spray-paint work.

This large commercial spray booth retracts back to only 4.7mtr!

The size and flexibility of this coach-sized spray paint room means that Louth Commercials can use the same space for both environment-controlled spray painting, or other coach servicing work, whilst facilitating vehicle movements.
